Yeast makes me so nervous and yet no matter how hard I have tried - and I HAVE tried - I have not messed up Smitten Kitchen’s cast iron pizza. It is so good that I genuinely prefer to my local takeout spot. Even I, I who would mostly rather eat Cheerios than voluntarily dirty a pan in service of feeding my family, can make this and on a weeknight, no less.
